ABOUT ME

I have a real love for personal development, a very real passion and desire to help people grow. A monumental belief that everyone has masses of potential within themselves just waiting to be realised. 

As a Life Coach and NLP practitioner, I specialise in helping people identify and achieve their personal goals in many areas of their lives. My life coaching often makes a very significant difference to a persons life, helping to take them from where they are now to where they want to be. I take enormous pride in the progress and success of my clients and love helping them create the life they desire.

I have been told I have a straight forward style that gets results for my clients, with an uncanny knack for asking the right thought-provoking questions at the right times, with the ability to pick up on areas others may miss.

Being easy to talk to and with a good sense of humour, my clients tell me they find our sessions enjoyable and very effective.

I have 20 years of coaching experience: from working with young people, coaching/training in the corporate world for many years and working with clients one on one.

Most importantly though I have real in-depth life experience, I have lived through many of the situations my clients present to me in some form or another which enables me to have a clear understanding. 

I have seen first hand the power of coaching and the immense benefit clients can gain. I have worked with some remarkable people over the years and watched them go from strength to strength. I have seen what works for them and what doesn't, the traits they share and I have learned from every one of these relationships.
